Michele is a Civil Engineer with over 35 years of experience in Civil Engineering design and Project Management. She was registered with NAPEG as P. Eng. since 2009. Michele worked during that period on civil infrastructure projects throughout the communities in the NT. Her background in land surveying and field work allows her to understand how to find practical solutions to challenges encountered in the field, and ensures that her designs factor in local constraints such as access, and the availability of resources. The challenges which can be encountered in remote locations require a common sense approach to project planning, design and construction.
